Products
manufactured or sold by TAJ INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION are
warranted against material defects and faulty workmanship. Any
parts, which shall within one (1) year from date of sale be proven
to have been defective in these respects when delivered, will be
replaced by the company.
Products return under this warranty must be freight prepaid unless
otherwise agreed to by TAJ INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION. The
company warrants that it will convey good title to the goods
supplied hereunder, and such goods will be merchantable quality.
This is the company's sole warranty with respect to the goods.
Company makes no other warranty of any kind what so ever, express or
implied, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose which exceed the fore stated
obligation and hereby disclaimed by TAJ INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION and excluded from this agreement.
TAJ INDUSTRIAL
CORPORATION liability is
limited to such replacement and it shall not be held responsible in
any form of action for direct consequential damages to property or
person.
No claim will be allowed for material damaged by the customer or
damage in transit. The company will not be responsible for any work
done to correct errors unless such work is authorized in writing by
TAJ INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION.
Use of any product sold by the company in a manner not confirming to
TAJ INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION safety, installation guidelines
will avoid applicable warranties. If factory labels or markings are
removed or tempered with, the warranty is void immediately.
